THE APOSTLE JOHN INNER CIRCLE

“The pebble in the pond”

The gospel of John is perhaps the height and pinnacle of all four gospels.  It stands to reason that God would set aside John above all the original twelve apostles.  John was the one who leaned his head on the breast of our Master at the last supper.  There he learned the secret things of the Lord.  Even Peter was not at this level, for Peter had to ask John to ask the Lord.  John heard directly from the Lord.  John was called "the one who Jesus loved."  Now, do you suppose Jesus didn't love Peter or the other disciples?  Of coarse He did, Jesus loves everyone.  However, John had a special kinship with Jesus, a relationship that transcended and superseded that of the others.

There are many levels of relationship and communion with the Lord.  Imagine tossing a pebble into a pond, and then watching the concentric circles ripple outward.  By this example you can better understand the different levels of fellowship with Christ.  Christ Jesus Himself is the center stone.  The Apostle John is symbolic of those in the inner circle of fellowship.

The next circle outward is the Peter, James, and John level of communion with the Lord.  These three were separated unto the Lord for special enlightenment.  Peter, James, and John saw the Lord Jesus on the holy mount, transfigured before them, shining as bright as the sun.  In the garden of Gethsemane these three were beckoned of the Lord to come forth from the twelve unto a deeper place of prayer.

The next level outward from the three in relationship to the Lord, is the twelve apostles, then the seventy, and so on.  These people represent different levels of closeness, relationship, fellowship, and communion with the Lord Jesus Christ.  There is a call going forth today, to a higher calling, a deeper communion, a closer walk, into the most holy place.  Yes, a company of believers, "A JOHN COMPANY."

Libertymin, thanks for your response to my little herald to come closer to the inner circle. I too understand the concept of unity and oneness, both by revelation and experiential.  I understand that he has granted believers to share his throne; and that we reign as kings from that high estate even in this present age. However, you have to have the "hearing ear" of John to first hear the words, "come up hither." Also, the world is full of vain philosophies that talk a lot about oneness. This thought of unity and oneness is espoused by all sorts of new-age religions. So what is the distinction between them and the Bible based Christian? First of all, we have to understand that for all real truth there is usually a counterfeit.  The devil has made it so, and sometimes the counterfeit appears more attractive than the real thing. The Bible even says that Satan himself appears as an angel of light.

Without the cross there can be no true oneness. Without the cross, oneness is only a concept and has no true experiential reality. The cross of Christ is our only door to reconciliation with our creator. It remains the highest pinnacle of the expression of God's love. The cross is really a throne. You can't separate the two. That is, you can't have one without the other. It is as we abide by faith in the consciousness of the cross that we simultaneously are enthroned. Again, the cross is the doorway. It is as we see ourselves nailed to the cross; crucified to the world and the world crucified to us; that the resurrection glory shall be manifest in and through us. It is through the door of the cross that we shall enter into the true oneness provided by the Father. All other so-called oneness is false; and has its roots in the deceiver. The oneness of the household of God is exclusive; it has a condition. You must choose the cross; it alone is the true and holy way. It alone is the door to unity with God and each other in Christ.

'' Without the cross there can be no true oneness.''

Jesus declared oneness before his death on the cross...in John 10:30....

I and The Father are ONE....were His words...

Father said this to me about the cross. I was in the shower getting ready to go to a full gospel church that I was invited to by some people that I had just met. I was raised a baptist. I felt like singing and said to Father I'll sing you a song I like, The Old Rugged Cross, when I got to the part that says and I'll cling to the old rugged cross. Father said to me Alan, you know whats wrong with my people? I said no Lord I don't, He said they are clinging to the cross. Tell them that I stayed on the cross just long enough to get the job done and then I came down and rose again in and as the Christ, Tell them that I've risen and they are to follow me, yes go to the cross, let it do it's job but don't live there.  COME UP HITHER!!!

Then He said to change the word cross in ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS  with the word of Jesus going on before, and also in the song STAND UP STAND UP FOR JESUS  ye soldiers of the word.

His banner or WORD over me is love.

I don't negate the cross, it has a work to do, let it do it's work then get in the business of being who, what, where
you are and what you can do in Him.

The people came to hear and to be. Just Be who you are.

Summerland, thank you also for your response; and I will take a look at some of the previous posts. However, I do think you are in error. There is a big difference between what Jesus said of himself before the cross and what you and I, or for that matter anyone in the Adamic race BC could say. Jesus was the only begotten Son who was without sin. He didn't need to go to the cross for himself; he did it for us; the lost Adamic race. He was that singular grain of wheat that fell into the ground and died (on the cross), that he might bring forth much fruit (you and I). I stand with what I said. May God Bless and anoint our eyes to see.

Libertymin, thanks again for your post. Though I do understand that the cross was a dark and dreary place; and we don't want to hang out in dark and dreary places. However, I don't think you got my point. I stated that the cross was a "DOORWAY to enthronement." Or, basically a revelation that as we identify in the mortification of the desires of the flesh (our cross), simultaneously we manifest the glory of the "Come up Hither" realm. It's exchanged life. I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ lives in me. Yes, there are those who have never moved beyond the cross into resurrection glory and enthronement; and this is regretable. However, to say that God the Father speaks contrary to his word is fruitless and frankly dangerous. II Cor. 4:10; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus; that the life also of Jesus may be made manifest in your mortal body. This clinging to the cross which you speak so negatively about is actually the answer; because again I repeat, it is as we abide in the consciousness of the cross that simultaneously we are enthroned and reign as kings of love and mercy.

To me, the cross is our  CROSS-ING  from our Ego to our God-Blessed-and-Given  DIVINITY.  We ARE sons and daughters of the Lord God Almighty (see KJV  2 Corinthians 6:17-18 ) .

HM...whereas you find me in error, i chose to think that we are just in two different places on our journey....all paths  lead to LOVE....for within we are all the same essence...therein lies our oneness...

thank you for sharing with me HM....i appreciate your "flavor"  lol...

Summerland, I certainly did not intend to offend you by saying you were in error. However, your first post to this thread said, (and gave the flavor of) the same thing to me, without actually saying it. I guess it all boils down to what source of authority we base our beliefs on. I choose the Bible as it is personally revealed to me by the Holy Spirit of Truth. Of coarse then it is a matter of interpretation; and that's what's good about these blogs; because as iron sharpens iron, if we are honest with ourselves, we can be sharpened by each other to find the whole truth. God Bless you Summerland.

Hidden manna I got your point. What I said is "LET THE CROSS DO IT'S JOB" then be who you are after the cross experience in any given situation and subject.

""  I choose the Bible as it is personally revealed to me by the Holy Spirit of Truth.""

i don't choose wherever by whomever and whenever the holy spirit of truth reveals anything to me....the spirit leads me to wherever whomever whenever is willed....i learn whatever from whomever whenever....i believe that the spirit speaks to us outside of just the bible...BUT...at one time i did not see this as a truth....i will reiterate what i said before...we believe the same...we are just at a different point on our journeys...

i choose the bible as it is personally revealed to me by the spirit PLUS whatever wherever whenever the spirit deems it necessary to teach me....the greatest lessons that i have learned have been from those that i least have expected it....salvation is a personal trip....however you arrive at the destination is your thing....BUT the destination is always the same....we remember WHO we truly are....as Jesus tried to remind us over and over....we are ONE with the Father....however we come to this final destination is of no importance....we will ALL come to it...EVERY knee shall bow...no matter if you come to this via the Bible or the Koran or the Talmud or the Vedas.....we are neither greek nor gentile...we are HIS children....we are HIS manifestation...we live and breathe HIM....and HE is ONLY LOVE....and HOW we get there is of no consequence...

I do so appreciate you HM, i must reiterate that we believe the same about LOVE, we just are not at the same point on our journey.....you are perfect exactly where you are....your truths are perfect as you have presented them....you are perfect in that the love that you are is the same perfect love that I AM that IS....

Summerland, Boy O boy, I seem to have really stirred something up with my very benign and simple beginning post. We have gotten off the beaten track quite a bit; and I initially thought it might be beneficial and edifying to converse, but am unsure now. Though I am somewhat new to this site; yet I am not new to the things of God. You and I could probably go back and forth forever on this subject, but I see clearly by your last post that you are set in your ways. It seems to me that we have a fundamental difference in our understanding of what is truth. If the Koran, Talmud, Vedas, or whatever leads to the same place as the Christ of the Bible, then I'm in big trouble. If Jesus Christ is not the only way back to the Father then he must be a liar. There have been many martyrs down through the ages that have shed their blood.; but what makes Jesus' blood unique and vital is that it was and is the blood of God. If Jesus was not born of a virgin then I just as soon throw the Bible out; because it's only his untainted blood that contains eternal life. Not Mohammad, Buddha, me, you or anybody else. I don't believe we are all on the same path. Jesus even told some people, that they were of their father the devil. Many people only take so-called truth that is comfortable to them. I don't always like the way Biblical truth hits me; because it is a two-edged sword; and many times it cuts me to the core. Nonetheless, I must yield to it, not it yield to me. That's the way I see it.

Oh Brother!!!!

Perhaps it is this way:   Like Paul,

some are called to suffer

so that they might also reign.

Paul didn't do the choosing, God

chose it for him. He did a lot

of things for the sake of the body.

And was usually judged negatively

for it.  Nevertheeless, like Jeremiah,

God knew him from the womb.

There will be no reign w/o first

the suffering.

Maybe the Lord has a different

stroke for different folks.......ha...

but one thing about it:  There are

two cheribums that "HE" placed

on either side of Himself

in the midst

and there is NO GOING Back In

unless one "goes THE WAY."

One of them "cheribums" is surely

to stop one.

For he that climbeth up "some other

way" is a thief and a robber.

All who come "before ME" are

thieves and robbers.

So glad He died for theives and

robbers.

Let every man abide in the

caling wherein he is called.

I can't move them anyway. ha

she is a young daughter of 12 who was dying and dead.....and made ALIVE.......

soon she will hear "MAID, ARISE"

and become the handmaid/help met of the SON.......

the LIFE is in the BLOOD........the Wound must be healed......

in the UPPER ROOM....THE THRONE ROOM......THE BRIDAL CHAMBER......

The Son of God and the Daughter of God......will lay together....

windrider....Father....please.....please...please....help me to understand.  I know you are speaking to me, through Roger, but...I need Your help...please remove this veil so I can see and know more clearly!

I have tears all over my keyboard....

Roger, please, I know you won't respond to private letters, so I suppose I really have to ask you this here, in front of everybody.  Will you please keep revealing...deep to deep...heart to heart...spirit to spirit...please love me through this...confusion! The things you say.....are things He, our beloved Father and HusbandMan....our Spirit of Life moving in us all....He has said these things to me.  I am not sure that you know how much you echo Him...you probably do know.  It is astounding, and shocking too, and disturbing also.  I just need help understanding more...so I can break free....of these limitations....so I can be delivered....from myselfbondage.

There is no way you could be speaking/revealing these things Roger if Father wasn't directing you....I just need help to put it all together....or to make it all come apart.  I'm so confused.

On the cross....in the vision I had of Jesus reviving that little girl....in the revelation of The Throne Room being The Bridal Chamber...in the Jesus getting married dream You gave me last summer......please just help me to understand....Father, I implore You....grant me Wisdom....grant me Truth....deliver me...ALL OF US....into Freedom....

I feel so close....and yet so far away.

So overwhelmed with tears...my Soul feels like it has to Move....upon the Waters...

as the tears of the expectant ones burst from their swelling out.....may we all see that it is not confusion that we see but rather the entering of the time of all possible possibilities......

may we accept this our rest........

may we stand in this now as YHSHWH.........the flaming s-word......

Father it has been desired that clarity of path be shown......

let it be seen that we once were the 12 of dust (sons of Israel)......that OT being......wandering in the dry lands.....

that we became the 12 of sand (disciples) to hold the sea in place.....to become walkers upon water....

that we are becoming the 12 of star (morning stars) moving above that which is below......

Father when we open our i from this time of rest......let it be seen that we may be in the land of confusion but we are not of this land........

**deep deep sigh**

Breathing now.....whooooo.....whooooo....whoooo....it is helpful to focus on breathing when one is birthing.

Rog, thank you for your mid~wife assistance....for that prayer too...for just coming back to this to help me clear my Babel/Babylon/Confusion up.  You did help me again with your added insights.

What He said last night was that what we do for ourselves/each other....we do for all, for the whole world benefits....when even just one *progresses*...

The whole series of progression of the *12* ... from dust/sons of Israel...OT being....dry lands....becoming *12* ....sand/disciples....NT....walkers upon water....becoming *12*....stars/morning stars....(air/aether/spirit)...moving ABOVE that which is BELOW (as above, so below...if I be lifted UP, I lift UP ALL MEN WITH ME!!!)....

Roger, that was a wonderful series of sequential progression you eye-opener you!!!  She does have 12 stars 'round her head.....

I just love it when the pieces come together to form a more complete/whole IMAGE!!!

Yes, let us awaken from this long slumber, and find her, our helpmate, by our side....go forth!

Genesis...

Genesis wrote a song called "Land of Confusion".  Not much Love to go 'round...

Oh we have sung together....we still do....we shall even MORE....BUT a new song shall be sung...at the foot of the Throne!!!!  Where the Rivers of Life flow forth...with trees bearing fruit...on either "side".

You know Rog, He has often re~minded me of the Order that springs forth from *seeming* Chaos....

Bringing forth the de-sired outcome....out COME!!!  My People!  Come out...of Her!!!

While still growing *up*....while still in the Process of Maturing His Fruit....the tares/chaff grow up WITH the wheat....until Harvest Time....are the *Fields* all white yet?

The flaming s-word....he came to set "the world" on fire...ablaze...kindling the spark of God's Light that is in ALL!!!!

Not by might or by power....but by My Spirit alone...

windrider- Rather convoluted; wouldn't you say? Jesus said, I speak to you in parables, but the time is coming when you will speak plainly of the Father." "If the blind lead the blind, they'll both fall into the ditch."

The only blood the 'harlot' woman had an "issue" with, was the blood of the martyrs. To abide in the temple or house of the Lord all the days of ones life is a blessed thing. It is there, in the holiest of all, the upper room, the secret place, where the Father sees in secret;  that the blood of sprinkling speaks better things than that of Abel's. It is there, from that blood sprinkled mercy Throne that the sun of righteousness arises with healing in his rays; it is there from that holiest bridal chamber, that virtue flows forth as a healing stream out to the skirts (hem) of His Body's garments.

good morning hiddenmanna......the first mention of blood in the NT is with this woman having an issue of 12 years.....

the word used for blood is the PLURAL of Adam.....but took its meaning in blood spot

Jerusalem is "THE HARLOT"......and is a menstreous woman Lam 1:17

in the temple.......are the doctors and lawyers.....THE BLOOD SPOTS......

it is these within today's houses of beth-even that slop around in THE BLOOD.......these houses of beth-even i call the 4wc or 4 walled church........

it is the 4wc that must have its blood issue healed......if they would but touch the hem of the outer garment.......which they would do to steal something as a thief........he would willing give his inner garment as well......

the houses of beth-even will then become the houses of beth-el

you spoke of the martyrs....after your comment to my rather convoluted word.......a martyr is a natural event......even under extraordinary times......

why speak ye in parables.......speak of the Father plainly.....

no just joshing.....

possibly we are not yet one

Hi, HiddenManna..... welcome.... i have been away from here for a month....hence the belated welcome.....

A couple of loon-thoughts...well, one is a query... 'hidden manna'.... what is this to you?

Secondly, many here see and know THE Christ-sacrifice as THE ALL-ENCOMPASSING PERFECT ACT OF AT-ONE-MENT which leaves NO aspect of sin and death any nook or cranny to have a last mocking laugh at any less-than-perfect salvational con-SUM-mation..... so even beyond the grave and our stubborn unbelief, ABBA's Holy Spirit will see the perfect sacrifice garners every last soul.... would such a universal restoration be such a heretical hubris on our revelated LOVE-FLOODING heartscapes?

Here is a quote i was canticled Spirit-to-spirit as i waited my mother's passing on a week and a half ago....."You see, I keep thinking that we need a new language, a language of the heart....some kind of language between people that is a new kind of poetry, that is the poetry of the dancing bee that tells us where the honey is....and I think that in order to create that language we are going to have to learn how you can go through a looking-glass into another kind of perception, in which you have that sense of being united to all things, and suddenly you understand everything."

Ever anointed into pristine perfect personal psalmscapes of CHRISTening GRACE and BREAKTHROUGH POWER....

Love,Ron

Hi Ron,

Thank you for your kind words. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family, in this time of your mother's passing. "Hidden manna" is that eternal substance beyond the veil in the ark of God's heart. It is the partaking of the at-one-ment on the other side of the looking glass where we are united with him, who is the cohesive living glue of all things. It is that place of understanding, that in our union we become his express image to the universe. It is that place of transcendence of space and time. It is that place of the mountain of God, beautiful for situation; shining forth as the noon day, with healing rays. It is the place of the pure white stone where-in is written a new name, a new word, a new song, a new language, a new and beautiful poetry. It is that place of the third heaven where there are things beyond speech; unutterable. It is that place where the limitations and walled boundaries of words, give way to the light of life.

The voice of living waters is heard in the cool of the day, as we partake and become the living bread. Hidden manna is the true and holy communion; as we share the living revelation one with another.  This comm-union of the mystery revealed is as the two covering cherubim of witness in our hearts; providing a mercy seat ark for God to be enthroned in our midst. It is as we eat that we become; and it is as we break the living bread together that the "all encompassing" revelation of Christ is manifest. Hidden manna is deep beyond the outer court of what most 'barely awakened ones' have tasted; it is deep beyond the holy place of the high minded; it is deep beyond the veil of the most holy place; it is deep within the hidden ark of the mercy throne, and it is deep within the hidden golden pot. Yes, HIDDEN MANNA IS DEEP WITHIN! Yet, it is in our comm-union of this living bread, that brings forth an ignition of explosive emanating light; the daystar begins to dawn in our hearts and we become the all encompassing light of the world.

Hidden manna is the personage of the mystery of Christ; unsearchable and past finding out. Yet, we search, and keep on searching. Though, we may come to that place of understanding all things; yet the paradox of it all is that we still see through a glass darkly. I certainly don't pretend to know it all; but one day I shall know, even as I am known of him. Anyway, I appreciate the opportunity to ramble.

Have a God day!

HM

Ahhhhh,HiddenManna....ramble on and on......... we are ever invited to be raptured into the riches of CHRIST in us.... to raid the unspeakable in ways that are designed to both disturb and deposit.... much like the momentum of a river as it makes its unstoppable drive to the sea.... all logjams of unawareness and addiction to former fears and deleterious defaults are blown to smithereens.... and our Divinely-activated honesty tastes the flow of GRACE in an immanence of birthable GLORY that heralds forth genuine ORIGINAL RIGHT BEING.

Thank you for your condolences ..... and your beautiful-for-situation rainbow spectrum of description of 'hidden manna'.... you are an ABBAnaut joyously plying poetic visionscapes..... sharing your personal psalms in prophetic LIFE-sharing ways... continue to be ABBA's bright messenger here at H2H!!!!!

Hidden Manna,
Regarding your post titled "The Apostle John Inner Circle". A few years back, I was coming into deeper revelation of sonship (vs. servanthood).  I remember Father giving me a vision of the apostle John leaning on Jesus's chest.  It spoke to me of the love and intimacy - of our union with Christ, thru His Life IN us - that picture has stayed with me forever since - me, laying my head upon his chest, of pressing my ear to his chest to hear His Heartbeat - so I would be so ONE with him that our Hearts would beat as One. Actually, Our Hearts DO beat as ONE. He is my Air. He is my Life. I have nothing of my own. (for there is no independent self - only Christ is ALL and IN ALL) - As for the "inner circle", perhaps you speak of entering the "secret place of the Most High, where His Deep speaks to our deep (His Spirit Within)  - the "inner circle" where we EAT His Flesh and DRINK from His Fountain - For He Is Our Living Manna, Our Bread of Life -  May He MANNA-FEST Himself in ALL those with Spiritual Eyes and Ears - who are pressing their ears to His Loving Heart - - of THAT Inner Circle I partake. Hidden to carnal head - pearls that swine trample upon, our Master said not to even cast them their way -  for we, of the Light, are experiencing the "apocalyptic perusia" = the lifting of the veil = a disclosure of The Divine Presence Within = a Revelation for those Whose Ears Hear What The Spirit is Saying = Priveleged Revelation hidden from the majority of humankind = NOW REVEALED =IN US = WHO HEAR HIS LIVING VOICE = not written logos, nor historical stories, but HIS LIVING VOICE.  Of this inner circle, may we all partake without fear, as we lay our ears upon Christ's breast and listen to our heartbeat in His...
Blessings to you Hidden Manna as you journey onward and upward and forward = my loving advise is to keep your spiritual ears pressed to His Heart and keep your spirtual ears open to all doors of Truth - for God is ALL and IN ALL - (or as my friend says, "just eat the chicken and spit out the bones for God's Spirit NEVER leads you into error...only TRUTH"

Only very recently it was revealed to me that the High Surging Energy within me, feeling like a Divinely Ecstatic Life, was so much in evidence that I didn't realize that I was not paying attention to the NEED of The Moment, and was "roaring ahead" with surging "impatience."  When I suddenly realized that, and that I am already living IN Eternity RIGHT NOW, my whole Being calmed right down, and reeeelaxed!   Whooooo ....breathe...breeathe....breeeeathe eeeassyyy (like you, BarbMtnWolf, said in one of your very-recent postings  --       ).   NOW I CAN "take it easy!"   THANKS be to God for this saving-revelation!!   Hallelujah!!

*grins*  .... getting now-here fast Linda?!!!!!

Simon and Garfunkel's song "59th Bridge Street Song" popped into my mind as I wrote you that Linda...hehe...so now I am laughing....and sharing the lyrics...I sang this song with 3 friends in my class in our 8th grade Talent Show! LOL

Slow down, you move too fast, you've got to make the morning last
Just kickin' down the cobble-stones, lookin' for fun and feelin' groovy

Feeling groovy

Hello lamp-post, what's you knowin', I come to watch the flowers growin'
Ain't you got no rhymes for me, do-it-do-do-do, feelin' groovy

Feeling groovy

I got no deeds to do, no promises to keep
I'm dabbled and drowsy and ready to sleep
Let the morning time drop all its pebbles on me

Life I love you, all is groovy
